Life has returned more or less to normal for us. At least to the new normal in 2021. We are open for appointments, pet food sales, prescription refills and large animal medication needs.
At this point, we still ask that clients call ahead for food and medication needs, and are still using the Curbside Pick Up option. Payments can be made by credit card over the phone or if needed, clients can come into the clinic to use the Debit/Credit machine. Cash and Cheques are still accepted as well.
For small animal appointments, at this time we are asking clients to call when they arrive, to go over a short pet healthy question list. Pets are then brought into the clinic and clients are asked to wait outside in their vehicles. If needed, our waiting area has been set up with protective barriers and one person at a time may enter (wearing a mask or protective face shield).
We appreciated the cooperation and patients of our clients. And look forward to a time when we can again meet face to face 🙂
Paisley Veterinary Services
Our veterinarians provide after hours emergency services for existing clients of both Paisley and Tara Veterinary Services. We see small animal patients at the Paisley clinic (and farm animals are treated by our mobile units on the farm).
To reach us after hours, simply call our regular phone line (519-353-4000) where you will reach our Answering Service. They will forward your information to the veterinarian on call, who will contact you.
It is helpful for our veterinarians if you can ensure your phone line is free and you are by your phone for the veterinarian to reach you.
Tara Veterinary Services
After hours emergency calls are handled by calling the Paisley Veterinary Services regular phone number (519-353-4000), and cases requiring visits to the clinic will be seen at the Paisley Veterinary Services location. (Farm animal emergency calls will, as always, be treated on farm by our mobile units).
